RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

No Returns on Clearance or Discontinued Items. All Sales Final.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 15 days of your purchase.

RETURNS MUST INCLUDE: a signed letter stating the reason for your return and a copy of the original receipt.
Please make sure to include the letter and receipt!

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Shipping Fulfillment

All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from Reno, Nevada

Carriers

We primarily use USPS First Class.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

Some items are shipped free or the price has been combined with the cost of goods. Other than that, the rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

Our website does not support back orders. If for some reason, website glitch, etc. an item is unavailable to ship, you will be refunded.

Accepted Methods of Payment:
Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover), Venmo, Paypal.

Credit Card Processing:
Credit Card Charges will be processed through SQUARE or PAYPAL. The name of the Transaction on your Statement will be from MOTOGARTEN.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

PRIVACY POLICY

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.

What Information Do We Collect?

We only collect information that we need that is related to your order for processing. This includes your:

Billing Address, Shipping Address, Email Address, Phone Number and Credit Card Information

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over the web. We do not store your Credit Card data.

We anonymously collect Google Analytics Data. We use this data to help figure out what art to make, which shirt to print, and what people are interested in and from where. Outside of that, to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and other techy stuff.
